This Addison Thrive Initiative Not-For-Profit Statement explains the purpose and operational structure of The Addison Thrive Initiative. While we are not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we operate without profit to support local businesses and the community in and around Addison, Texas.

1. Our Mission
The Addison Thrive Initiative exists to:
- Provide free and low-cost resources to help struggling local businesses thrive.
- Connect business owners with tools, services, and guidance to maximize their exposure and profitability.
- Support consumers by promoting local commerce and offering ways to save money on goods and services.
2. Not a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit
Although The Addison Thrive Initiative operates with a community-driven mission, we are technically NOT a nonprofit organization as defined by IRS code 501(c)(3).
- While we may or may not accept donations, so far, we haven’t. Furthermore we don’t accept tax-deductible donations.
- Our activities are funded and managed by a group of local entrepreneurs dedicated to supporting small businesses and consumers in and around Addison, Texas.
3. Operating Without Profit
The Addison Thrive Initiative does not seek financial gain and:
- we charge no fees for its services or resources.
- focuses exclusively on connecting businesses and consumers with cost-effective and ROI-based solutions.
4. Commitment to Transparency
We are committed to transparency in our operations and resource allocation.
- We design all initiatives to specifically serve the local community in and around Addison, Texas.
- Resources provided through the Site are offered without bias or financial incentive.
5. Updates to This Addison Thrive Initiative Nonprofit or Not-For-Profit Statement
We may update this Addison Thrive Initiative Not-For-Profit Statement periodically to reflect changes in our structure or operations. We post any updates on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
